Maybe a small influence, but you'd have to show me the policies that he implemented that would have that kind of rapid effect. Generally, any Presidential action wouldn't have that kind of immediate impact.

ehh. it depends if the underemployed is actually going down and if wages are going up. Obama had all that job growth and wages sucked.

In france 80% of jobs created were temporary as well i believe so its not all about numbers.
