Who gets the blame part 2

WHEN the repubs fall from power who will get the blame. And it wont do to blame the demoncrats as this time the repubs have done it to themselves. The Demoncrats have been too impotent politically to get the blame.
Will it Be Bush ? The republican Congress ? Rumsfeld ?

It will no doubt be the war ? But who will take the blame for it going badly (just like I predicted) ?

I heard on POX news (while at country groc) that Bush was down to 33%. And more people trusted the dem congress members more than the republican congress members. And this was on POX News!
