I know, Trump leaves office and you demand that deficits disappear overnight. Wasn't trump the guy who promised to balance the budget and eliminate out national debt. Where is your anger that he made everything far worse.

The auto companies cut back their purchase of chips during Covid, so most of the chip production went to other electronics, such as cell phones. All of a sudden demand for autos skyrocketed, but there were not enough chips produced.

Now explain how that is the fault of Democrats.

But the reason he and the Left are suggesting a suspension of the gas tax is they cannot, will not, bring themselves to the reality that their Leftist bullshit policy decisions are a big reason gas prices are where they are. They will do nothing about those because, like all True Believers, to change course would be the same to them as changing religions.

So, they try to put a band aid on an amputation because they have nothing else they can do. Their religious belief in their dogma's correctness prevents it.

Go back and read my past posts, I have never been a fan of government spending be it by Trump, Brandon, Obama, Bush, or anybody before them.
