The GAO report was totally dishonest, running with the fabricated Anti-Republican data fed to them by the FBI and Justice Department that were in the process of going after Trump full bore. The GAO had no intention of actually verifying any claims lest all the violence be linked to leftist ideologies as one would expect.

That isn't the only measure of violence, and I'd say it's a pretty damn poor one on its own. A more interesting one would be in the last 10, 15, 20, years, what percentage of major politically motivated riots causing at least $1 million in damages to property or injury to people were done by the Left versus Right.
