We have had this discussion before and I recognized the question was an attempt to trap the now SC justice Brown so I waited until she was on the court.

What she should have said,
A woman is a female human capable of childbearing.
Distinguishing characteristics being, xx chromosomes, breasts, vagina, uterus, and ovaries.
