Actually it was Obama that attempted to use the EPA to circumvent congress into making laws. He should have been impeached for that.
What the SC ruling does is prevent another authoritarian from doing that in the future.
This is good news. Very good news.

Good. The EPA should not be making major law without legislation from Congress. The EPA has long ago stepped beyond their legal congressional mandate and gone into the zone of making major policy decisions in a march towards zero tolerance of all pollution and it's killing the country.

The EPA regularly tells Congress to, effectively, 'Go to hell!' when asked for data and research on some proposed new rule they're making, sometimes potentially costing billions to implement.

The EPA regularly makes policy and regulations, sometimes costing billions annually, where they won't make public any of the supposed data and research behind it. They can just make shit up as they go.

Everything was much better 5 years ago than it is today Gas prices. Supply chain was much better under Trump The cost of EVERYTHING was lower under Trump.... That is a proven fact.
