There is absolutely a war on competence in the West.....the question is who is driving it and why.

I would not put it past the Chinese, who as we see in DC have penetrated deeply into the power structure.
 
I have a rescued cat and a rescued dog. The cat was feral and hung around. One cold winter day, she was lying on the top step of the porch shaking and otherwise not moving. That was 4 years ago, and she has no desire to go outside. The dog owner said on Facebook that he was moving and wanted somebody to take their dog. So I did. She is blind .
