While I did not vote for the man in the primaries. I did vote for him twice when he won the primary. Here' what I like about the man:

(1) He is fully transparent. Democrats never are and never can be. Their ideology is built on lies.
(2) He loves this country. Democrats hate it and no longer love it.
(3) He shoved the smarmy lies the media spews right back into their smug faces.
(4) He exposed the PHONY media for what it is. A partisan hack group of smarmy leftists who promote Marxist ideologies.
(5) He worked for NOTHING. No other President, nor any who follow hiim will do that much.
(6) His policies actually worked and were good for the country, minorities and blue collar workers.

That's the top six in my books. Next time around, I am all in for Governor Desantis who has a similar character and challenges the liars on the left and in the PHONY media.

Here is the thing about Trump, when asked directly they will say they "like his policies" but when given a chance to vote for someone who promotes virtually the same policies without the ego, they still support Trurd.

Personally, telling the truth doesn't mean much if folks won't listen because you sound like a 4th grader repeating something your father said and getting it a bit wrong. So, "He tells the truth"... Not good enough, IMHO.

I liked the SCOTUS nominees. And a policy working towards energy independence. There were other policies I didn't hate... but I could never say I actually liked Trump. I just didn't actively dislike him enough to vote for someone in the D party.

In the final election I voted Libertarian because CO was going to vote for Biden no matter what I voted and I didn't want to vote again for someone when I thought we could do better... We can, BTW, do better. Better than Trump and better than Brandon.

So, here's the place to admit it. Where are the JPP Trump fans? Tell us why. (I am sure you know the leftists will troll you for it, but they do anyway, even if you don't like him, so just admit it...)

Trump was an easy pick, an outsider that got little love from the Republicans and none from the democrat party. The wild card that produced some of the best results the US has seen since we got rid of Carter. Lot's not to like with Trump but his positive attitude and bloviating from the lawn just before he got in the chopper was always interesting. If really pressed, there is not a middle-class person alive that was not far better off under Trump.
Brandon is a dottering old man and an embarassment. I never imagined I would say this but Heels up Harris scares me more than Brandon. The midterms will fix a lot of the problems as even Pelosi's illegal gardners will be voting republican by mail.

He was my # 1 pick from the jump. Bush, Cruz, etc. all establishment toadies and I knew they would lose.

Trump was not beholden to anyone and had a spine unlike the other mealy-mouthed spineless "Republicans." Although I think he should have conceded amidst all the mail in ballot shenanigans. That was a mistake.

However, I would vote for Trump again or DeSantis.

But no more wimpy Romney and Bush bullshit. We can't do gutless in the White House no more. Pitbulls not poodles are required.
