Corey Booker is part of a crowd that is trying to to say, "It is never proper for a White Man to ever describe a Black Man as- Articulate".
First of all, "Articulate" is not a racist term- NEVER HAS BEEN- NEVER WILL BE!
I wish Corey would just go ahead and pre-emptively tell us all of the words in the dictionary we White People should not use to describe Black People- since he has taken this issue upon himself and is now the authority on what is to be considered "Improper" words for White People to describe Black people.

Well, Reid should have apologized for saying that Obama didn't use Negro Dialect.

But, still I don't see a problem with the use of the term "Articulate"! Nor do I have a problem of people using Negro DIalect- most certainly with Black people who use it.
The terms "Articulate" and "Negro Dialect" are neither synonyms or antonyms to one another.
Some of the ex-football giants in the easy chair on Sundays pregame shows can be both- as in they can use Negro Dialect and still be articulate!
There are no rules to this stuff. And semantics or dialects are a crazy thing to argue about!
