The other night I flipped to Fox just to see how they were selling this horrid incident.

I don't know if the video was out yet or not, but while every other network was addressing the heinous crime, Fox was screaming about how Liberals were calling this racist. It made absolutely no sense.

Dogshit has to stop watching Fox.

The only time there is rioting is when nothing is done to punish the police in question. In this instance, there was no hesitation to fire and criminally charge the police.

If they are successful at arguing qualified immunity at trial, there will no doubt be an issue. They will probably get off on the murder charges, but the others are solid.

The D.A tried to sweep the Arbury murder under the rug, and that wasn't even police violence.

People ask for justice. Historically, it's been rare when police are involved. Rodney King's attackers were initially acquitted by a supermajority white jury.

It didn't end well for L.A.

Either way you lose. The cops who assaulted that lieutenant because he didn't want to pull over on an unlit highway just got off.

He continued at a slow speed with his flashers on until he found a well lit location.

There is no way to win in many situations.

It most definitely is. This 'elite' unit (which has now been disbanded) was put in place to fight heinous crimes in the worst areas. They're an assault unit by design.

The color of the attackers' skin doesn't matter. These cops assume that black people in the area are criminals. They profiled him the same way white cops would. You don't necessarily have to be a racist to make bad decisions based on race.

Tyre was pulled over for suspected reckless driving. After the struggle was over, the cops did not turn off their bodycams, as is usually done, and can be heard talking about the encounter ...


"They claim Nichols was reaching for one of their guns, which the videos do not appear to show.

"We got him out of the car, m----------- swung," an officer says, it's unclear who he is referring to.

The officers claim Nichols would not pull over for a traffic stop and instead was "swerving" and nearly hit a police vehicle. Nichols then stopped at a red light, they claim." (So he never even pulled over for the cops.)

The cops perceived the swerving at them with his car as aggression towards the police, possible assault with a deadly weapon.

Tyre resisted arrest because ... all he wanted to do was go home (2 blocks away).

The one word you hear the most throughout all the videos is "hands".

Don't know yet! All in all, there were at least 8 cops on the scene that I counted, and some of them were White.

And none of them broke up the beat down, and none of them rendered any aid to the victim.

And probably fired for not filling out reports accurately, and not responding to the incident by following standard and proper police procedure.
