Your bullshit propaganda ASSUMES that if Iran had that frozen $6 billion available for anything they chose, they'd have budgeted it for for some humanitarian purposes, forcing them to budget other money for terrorism.

But it's much more likely they'd have budgeted that frozen money for terrorism anyway ON TOP OF any other money.

The way it's set up now, we have taken that $6 billion and restricted it to humanitarian purposes ONLY.

That is $6 billion less that they have to use for terrorism, which is likely what all or most of it would have gone towards had Biden not restricted it's use.
