WTF!! The judge showed them reason and the children vow to try again.

They are messing with peoples' lives.

This doesn't look reasonable to me. Obama's strings are being pulled. Is this tinfoil hat area we're heading into? LOL

They're caught up in trying to look like they're doing all they can, and this is about the most visible thing an admin can do. It's an easy campaign line - "we banned drilling, blah, blah, blah."

They should bail on this...

True that. And after Obama so elegantly was able to upgrade a General in a field of battle with minimum damage to the mission or to himself, he'd be well to deflect away from this one.
 
It seems like more than just that, Onceler. They already have a PR goldmine. Evil judge stop Obama from doing the right thing..he tried, etc..

Why does he want to stop an industry?
