I used to work in a community health center where we’d see lots of Mesicans and others from different countries. It was amazing how many from south of the border living in America couldn’t speak a word - not one word of English.
For some reason Mesicans and Central Americans have some kind of block from learning even rudimentary English.
Folks from other parts of the world didn’t seem to have that problem.
