Three weeks ago Rump argued that for the safety of the nation we had to issue an Administrative Order right away, and it could not have a phase in period because the "Bad dudes" would pour in overnight. He attacked the Court because it was necessary it be done that day!

He ended the legal fight...

Trump said he would issue a new Executive Order on immigration from certain Middle Eastern Nations early this week...

Then the White House said by Friday...

My friend, who was born in Yemen and has lived in England since a child, was turned back last year when he went to visit some relatives in the US. Care to comment about that?

Before Obama issued an EO, he made sure it would pass muster. trump only has bannon to bounce ideas off of, so his policies all reflect that.
