Free speech is not there to discuss the weather.
The 1st amendment exists, to talk about and debate very controversial things, without fear of harm from anyone. That includes censorship and monetary sanctions.
The 1st amendment does not only apply to the government. The rights we have, we all had well before government existed. We had these rights among people.
Thus the 2nd amendment, has always followed the 1st. And to be frank, only an ignorant ill-informed idiot, would think the right to bear arms, means only a gun. It protects your voice from being silenced.
If someone smacks you for what you say, even insulting that person. You have the right to kill that person, for attempting to take your right with force.

It is not about a judge or jury. Your rights, liberty and ability to kill anyone oppressing you, do not come from them.
