I think it is likely he's comparing himself to Obama, and upset that he got one for nothing at all while he has signed peace accords with most of the middle east and gets bupkis.. But hey... He did get an agreement to end the war in Gaza... which always seems to have the opposite effect on that prize. If you are Yasser and want all Jews to die, you get a prize, if you sign an agreement there... not so much.
