Texas had the 7th lowest in the country in 2020 with just 60% of voters voting.
The national average was 64%.
So Texas was below the national average.
So what 70% are you talking about? Delaware? Well, 70% is still a C-. And it's 10% more than TX. But that's because DE has different voting laws than TX does. What are those differences? You don't know because you didn't do that work.
