From where?
FEMA s budget has been cut and so has their staff.
Trump and Musk has put it all back on the states and the states haven't put anything in their budget for things like this.
And I am NOT crying I am pointing out to stupid MAGAS like you this fact.
The states will have to come up with the money for things like this because the Federal government has walked away from them.

First I want to say NOBODY I know doesn't want the real waste and fraud cut.
Trump and Musk just went in and cut and cut and cut WITHOUT finding the waste and fraud FIRST and it is now hurting many AMERICANS.
YOU don't do it that way, if you want to cut real waste and fraud you go in and FIND IT FIRST not the other way around.
And cutting the staff and budget of FEMA is now hurting people that need their help.
Maybe IF they would have gone in and found out why FEMA funds weren't being allocated appropriately and fixed what was going wrong and NOT just cut things it could have made a big difference .
Because Trump and Musk just cut and cut AMERICANS ARE being hurt.

Firing the most knowledgeable people was also a spectacularly stupid mistake.
 
Lets us get down to the reason why there were deadly tornadoes in the first place. It all has to do with
our ongoing manmade climate change that is heaping havoc on people all across the nation. We all
need to immediately prevent this manmade climate change.

State controls the disaster recoveries,
Voters hold their local government to task for managing that reserve,
States with little or no fiscal responsibility, say, CA, NY, MN, etc, and the party in power will be replaced with people who can manage a budget.
