What we need is a return of the high paying manufacturing and technical jobs that built the greatest economy in history and provided a better life for more people than any time before in human history.

The one thing that I believe is hurting Americans that was so helpful before in getting so many into homes in the past, is the abandonment of FHA financial programs.

That was a shot in our own ass, if you ask me.

Great points but FHA is still about. You can get an FHA loan with a credit score as low as 580 if you have 3.5 percent of the home’s purchase price to put down, or as low as 500 with 10 percent down. The real issue is as you say, more then half of the inflation right now is gouging from business and what has to be dealt with is the trickle down lie that has existed since 1982, which has distributed all the new wealth of this country into the hands of the golden few. Taxes have to be raised on business, or if not on business on the wealthy. Taxes don't have to be raised on business but many of their tax breaks have to go. and no business can exist that pays wages that are at a point where the tax payer has to add in what is needed with welfare and food stamps so a family can survive. Why in the hell should a tax payer have to pay for a worker so the business can gouge the system for their bottom line. The idea that business is the noble part of cap[capitalism is crap when business every action is sticking it to the population. If they treat us like dirt , the law should treat them like dirt. Your points are well made.
