I don't know if this has been said yet, but the Judge would NEVER have signed off on that warrant unless the DOJ had ROCK SOLID evidence to support their claim.

He took a shitload of confidential documents from Washington that a president leaving office is not allowed to have, that is a crime. Do you bother to read any real news or do you just assume the asshole is innocent regardless?

He was deposed in NY and pleaded the 5th over 400 times when he himself claimed that taking the 5th means you must have done something wrong. Was he lying then?

The last 3 sec's of state had private servers as well and if trump had one you would say so the fuck what. Having a private server shows no intent whatsoever to break the law. Trump taking confidential documents is breaking the law and refusing to return them is intent to continue doing so. Besides, what the fuck does that have to do with trump? Are you saying because Hillary had a private server that Trump can ignore the law and steal boxes of confidential documents that do not belong to him? If they found what the warrant stated they were looking for it will be very hard for our justice dept to not indict him. In 2016 then FBI Director James Comey announced that candidate Hillary Clinton was guilty of destroying subpoenaed emails—a likely felony pertaining to her tenure as secretary of state. Yet he all but pledged that she would not be prosecuted given her status as a presidential candidate.

As far as targeting presidential candidates, Donald Trump was impeached in 2020 ostensibly for delaying military aid to Ukraine by asking Ukrainian officials to investigate more fully the clearly corrupt Biden family—given Joe Biden at the time was a likely possible presidential opponent in 2020.

The FBI has devolved into a personal retrieval service for the incorrigible Biden family.
