Bill Clinton did "crap".....it was a conservative congress and its "contract with America" that passed legislation to reform welfare. It was a CONSERVATIVE CONGRESS that got people off welfare and got them back to work where they enjoyed a more productive lifestyle. Do you enjoy people living on welfare from month to month having to steal, deal drugs....etc., anything to feed their children? You act as if you do. In this land of plenty if anyone STARVES...its their own damn fault. Please provide an actual news clipping of some child STARVING TO DEATH in the United States of America....that was not due to child abuse by some parental figure. If not.....its who you are...its how you roll...but how does anyone with the least bit of self worth feel about being on welfare? There is nothing wrong with a hand up...but there is a great deal wrong with living by generational HANDOUTS.....decade after decade.
