When Joe Biden took office...

...he replaced the most incompetent, repulsive individual who ever held that office. Joe Biden brought a sense of dignity back to the office...a sense of respect from our allies across the world.

And America is, by far, a much better nation because Joe Biden took office.

The previous president shook down Ukraine, bashed our troops, weaponized DOJ, wanted to declare martial law because he was throwing a tantrum over losing the election and wanted to see his own VP assassinated. Great guy you support there numb nuts.

You have a problem with home prices going up? Some sort of an issue with homeowners making a profit?
As to the mortgage rates, its a matter of combating inflation begun by Trump himself.

Trump has personally done more damage to our nation than all of our foreign enemies have throughout our short history combined.

Historians rate Trump at or near the bottom. It is you who does not know presidential history. How many people involved in his schemes did Trump pardon? How many did he, to save his own ass. How many administration and appointed people did Trump fire? Trump was pro dictator, just like you are.
