Do you really want to go back to the original intent of the Electoral College as it was originally set up? It would save a lot of hassle and the whole popular vote thingy would be moot.

I suspect you are merely cherry picking for your political aims and not some faithful duty to the US Constitution.

actually its not certain whether charges will be brought......given that she's now been relegated to the dust of history bins, the issue may be moot.......if she fails to fade into oblivion and calls attention to herself there may be reason to finish the job......
