You notice I never said the media wasn't sexist against Hillary Darla. She did face sexism. My response to the troll at the start of this thread was Hillary and Palin have both experienced sexism (Hillary more of course because she was on the campaign trail so much longer). Nothing more than that.

Maybe it was because, like you, I didn't see these when they came out? Calling Hillary a bitch is less sexist than truth. Her own staff has said that. And considering the things I HAVE read about it her, its not a stretch.

First of all, you right there, just gave yourself away. So if Hillary is a bitch, and you KNOW she is, then calling her a bitch isn't sexism, it's truth.
Secondly and most importantly the answer ot your question is: palin has been around for five days. the hillary sexist attacks went on for about a year. if you missed them, you didn't want to see them. you just answered it yourself - you agreed with them, so you didn't even reconize what they were. and yeah, it's all about your peter. you don't kid me.
I will tell you something about Palin. She’s going to be difficult, and this is something I am still working out, because I am writing about it. But it’s difficult to even write about.
Sarah palin is the sort of woman who uses the male narrative about other women, to her advantage. We have all known these women. They make men feel real warm, down there, by playing up to their misogyny against other women, and making the man feel, that it’s ok, it’s cute. So cute, that it makes “real women” like Sarah, giggle. She did this when she called Hillary a whiner for pointing out the attacks of powerful, male, media mavens, and she did it again during that interview with two right wing males who called a female opponent of Sarah’s, a bitch, a cancer, and fat.
She then turns around and uses the narrative that actual feminists have already sweated, and I mean sweated, to lay out, with intellectual foundation, against the sexism in our media, to complain about her own coverage.
This puts women in the position, of number one, being horrified and pretty resentful of her gaming both male sexists, and feminist’s own work, to her advantage, and number two, being uncomfortable with allowing the sexist attacks against her anyway, because if allowed to stand, they will be used against pro-woman candidates who happen to be females.
It’s difficult, men won’t get it, especially men who are thinking “boy I’d like a piece of that”. It frankly makes me want to slap the shit out of her…but instead I have to intellectualize it.

On this current thread in a prior post Onceler said (paraphrasing because I can't see it) 'a lot on the right claimed sexism when Biden called Palin good looking'.
My response to Onceler was (paraphrasing again) 'that's not sexism that's just being a man' and I made reference to the article I previously posted when Biden made that remark and said in its context it was funny.
You then responded to me stating (paraphrasing once more) 'is calling someone a c*nt, b*tch etc. being a man as well?'
That is when I replied asking then if I'm wrong saying it's being a man to say Palin is good looking then are the righties right for saying it is sexist as Onceler claims?

And this is about physicality. Hillary had to take her beatings from men in the media, with no outcry other than the one mounted, and I’ll add here – successfully so – by second and third wave feminists on the internet and in print. She didn’t have men defending her, because none of them wanted to do her. (well, besides for Topper).
I’ll remind you, if you don’t mind, that you are talking now, about a woman, who cut spending (and Alaska has got the money) for special needs children. This person embodies anti-woman politics.

Actually Bill Kristol has repeatedly charged that Obama's campaign against Hillary was sexist. It's been a recurring theme for Republican talking heads.

Nooo. They have done nothing but that, in a transparent, craven and I feel, pitiful attempt at driving a wedge between Obama and Hillary supporters. Obama did not run a sexist campaign, at all. I think I’d notice, thank Bill for his concern though, please.
