DACA was ruled illegal as it created a new category of immigration law through executive order. The courts ruled that only Congress has that authority and DACA was therefore illegal. Biden wants to enforce it anyway. Is that something you support?

that is not happening. where do you get all this bullshit? they allow criminals to stay even after they are prosecuted here for new crimes? at a rate more than trump or obama or bush? i admit our immigration policy is fucked, but it was a long time before biden.

it is not settled law concerning DACA. a stupid fuck texas federal judge said no, but he is not the final word. here is the last federal judgment that got it right-

On November 14, 2020, a United States District Court issued an order requiring the Department of Homeland Security to reinstate the DACA policy that was in effect on September 4, 2017. On December 4, 2020, the District Court directed DHS to take several steps in compliance with its order.

What’s going on at the border can only be described as a humanitarian crisis. The cartels are controlling access to our own F*ing border. They are running Fentanyl across in record amounts and it’s killing young people just as dead as the damn CCP bug. Human trafficking/human slavery is rampant, young women are forced into prostitution—who only knows what else goes on.

That’s not even getting into the Delta strain coming across and ‘getting nested’ into communities because our maliciously stupid government thinks it’s a swell idea to bus illegal migrants to just—wherever, in the middle of a pandemic.

And Biden owns every bit of it. There’s an argument it amounts to criminal negligence since he is president.
