They have always played fair with me.

I suspect there are a few incidents where they dont, but by and large I think those who whine were caught breaking the law. Criminals always whine about the police.

I've never had a problem with the IRS, and they were actually pretty flexible and accommodating in my dealings with them.

I assume they can be hard asses if you dodge taxes, fail to pay back taxes, fail to pay child support, or commit tax fraud.

It’s booming in Florida

Here in Phoenix the market has peaked and is starting to go down some, but the market is still pretty hot due to people coming in--a lot from California...

Just an an aside, I sold two houses and some raw land near the top of the market. The home buyer was a nation firm that does flips and resales. They paid top dollar for the two houses and did their flip. They put both on the market for well above what I got for them. Both are still on the market reduced to about what they paid me. Sucks to be them...
