What’s behind the heatwaves impacting the United States? - open discussion

'Climate' is a word. It is a subjective description of conditions. It has no temperature. It has no value associated with it in any way. Examples are: desert climate, marine climate, mountain climate, etc. There is no global climate. Climate cannot change. There is no value associated with climate that is 'changing'.

The phrases 'climate change', 'climate crisis', 'climate chaos', etc. are all meaningless buzzwords that the Church of Global Warming loves to chant.

Just gets funnier by the minute, now we’re doing semantics, goes right up there with attacking phrases

This is dialectics. It's very simple dialectics: one through nine, no maybes, no supposes, no fractions. You can't travel in space, you can't go out into space, you know, without like, you know, with fractions! What are you going to land on: one quarter, three eighths? What are you going to do when you go from here to Venus or something? That's dialectic physics, okay?

LIF.

Told you, don’t do acronyms, they are right up there with emojis, if one can’t say it, it ain’t worth saying, then again, no matter how you attempt to disguise it, you ain’t often saying much, and there isn’t any fallacy from your Google list of fallacies that can invalidate that fact

Not even a worldwide nuclear war will destroy everyone. The Earth will simply recover from it. No, you cannot destroy the Earth with our puny nukes.

It will be enough to send us back to the stone age, what few would survive.

Just think, when assholes like Nomad come out of their hiding, no one with any intelligence will be left..

Japan has not failed at nuclear power. Indeed, their nine operating plants are among the most well designed facilities in the world, with a well trained staff operating them. Even the Fukushima plant destroyed by a highly unusual tidal wave did not result in anything more than a melted reactor (currently being dismantled) and wrecked equipment.

Germany currently is operating three reactors, due to shut down at the end of 2022. They are going back to coal, which is a lot cheaper.

There's a rumor the HAARP weapon was used to create the Fukishima tidal wave disaster.

Yes, this is conspiracy-theory territory; However, it is plausible.

You don't have to scrape heat off your windshield, however.

As earth perishes, at least as a livable planet, we have to look at the bright side.

Soon, there will be no sides at all to see.

The Earth will be here, sustaining life, long after you're gone, so there is that. ;)

I'm not convinced of that either. People still know how to produce electric power, make machine equipment, make gunpowder and guns, obtain and smelt resources, grow food, and even make their own gasoline. That knowledge is not going to be destroyed. It isn't in the cities which are the places that will get nuked.

No, I'm not saying there will be no changes, but it won't be any stone age either.
