What will Trump be charged with next...

He called for a rally to commit sedition, but he will simply say he did it to help his supporters have a way to legally express their outrage.

Adam Schiff, as every other Congressmen did not know about the rally:

“Indeed, although I did not know it, there was another train in motion only miles away. Nearby on the National Mall, the President of the United States was inciting a crowd of his supporters. He knowingly spread lies about fraudulent votes, suggesting that the election was stolen, and asserted that the Vice President could unilaterally overturn the results of a free and fair election in which 155 million Americans had cast their ballots. And then, he implored his crowd to go to the Capitol and do something about it. Trump even said he’d join them.

Sorry, I believe he was all in on the sedition, but I do not see good enough evidence yet.

Trump organized the rally. He picked the speakers who would rouse up the people. He had his rally as close to the capitol as possible. He held it at the exact same time that congress was certifying the electoral college votes. Trump should be put in jail for what he did.

9. Based on false allegations that the election was stolen, Donald Trump
summoned tens of thousands of supporters to Washington for January 6th. Although these supporters were angry and some were armed,
Donald Trump instructed them to march to the Capitol on January 6th
to “take back” their country.
10. Knowing that a violent attack on the Capitol was underway and
knowing that his words would incite further violence, Donald Trump
purposely sent a social media message publicly condemning Vice
President Pence at 2:24 p.m. on January 6th.
11. Knowing that violence was underway at the Capitol, and despite his
duty to ensure that the laws are faithfully executed, Donald Trump
refused repeated requests over a multiple hour period that he instruct
his violent supporters to disperse and leave the Capitol, and instead
watched the violent attack unfold on television. This failure to act
perpetuated the violence at the Capitol and obstructed Congress’s
proceeding to count electoral votes.
12. Each of these actions by Donald Trump was taken in support of a
multi-part conspiracy to overturn the lawful results of the 2020
Presidential election.

lol.....lib'rul fantasies.....

I put nothing past Xi's Biden Regime.

Still, the "fake electors" conspiracy theory is as dumb as the fake moon landing - which you would demand is true if you thought it would further the goal of a totalitarian dictatorship by your Reich.

Which alternate electors cast votes?

Can you answer? Can the treasonous fuck Smith answer?

How does the alternate slate of electors by Trump differ from the alternate slate John F. Kennedy had in 1960?

Look, Garland and Smith are corrupting a presidential election. They have no intention of proving this, or any case in a court of law. This is election tampering, nothing more. But to take the actions by Smith seriously, these questions must be answered.

The real answer is simply that Smith, along with the rest of Xi's Biden Regime, is working to end free and fair elections in the United States.

The master of nonsense (Uncensored2008) is back posting foolish lies.

the sky's the limit when you aren't hindered by a need for a statute or evidence.....

The jury generally requires both. A grand jury is going to issue the indictment.

I guess it’s a good thing we have rules and laws requiring evidence and a jury system.

I agree he should be put in jail for what he did, I just don’t think there’s enough evidence. Unless, hopefully, there’s something we don’t know yet showing that he clearly intended to disrupt the session of Congress.

The people did not just show up and happened to be carrying mace, bear spray and weapons. It was organized online for weeks before the insurrection. There are organizing emails and messaging.

it is....it prevents rogue prosecutors from exercising wanton disregard of the law by abusing the grand jury system.....

Considering the Jack Smith investigation into January 6, I previously thought Trump would not be charged, but that was because I was only considering that they were investigating him for inciting the insurrection and I think because Trump chose his words very carefully he would not be charged, and I still hold to that...

BUT... Smith had a broader scope... He is likely to charge Trump with 1) Fraud in regard to the attempt to take the presidency using the fake electors AMD Obstruction relating to his attempt to thwart the investigation. The January 6 Committee alluded to witness tampering and I bet they have the goods on him for that.

Lets see what happens in the coming days... Its going to be very interesting.

I would think you’d be running out of stupid bullshit charges by now. Guess I underestimated your capacity for stupid bullshit.

Hahaha… I’m guess we will see.

Up to know fake lawyer that is all you can do. Hahaha. Because he is still free. No convictions. None. There has to be actual proof of crime. However the story line brings in the simple minded like chum to a shark. You fucking uneducated welfare collecting asshole. At least try to graduate from elementary school.
