Sorry, I believe he was all in on the sedition, but I do not see good enough evidence yet.
 
Trump organized the rally. He picked the speakers who would rouse up the people. He had his rally as close to the capitol as possible. He held it at the exact same time that congress was certifying the electoral college votes. Trump should be put in jail for what he did.

The jury generally requires both. A grand jury is going to issue the indictment.

I guess it’s a good thing we have rules and laws requiring evidence and a jury system.

I agree he should be put in jail for what he did, I just don’t think there’s enough evidence. Unless, hopefully, there’s something we don’t know yet showing that he clearly intended to disrupt the session of Congress.

The people did not just show up and happened to be carrying mace, bear spray and weapons. It was organized online for weeks before the insurrection. There are organizing emails and messaging.
