the larger 346 cities were counted at 311,460. the others were way smaller thus the no coverage. There was no where near a million in the nation like Damo said.

I only ask because it appears from your post that he was "charged" by a tribunal organised by some weird group called the "International Action Center". You can read about them here if you like.

I have never heard of them and i'm only guessing here, would suggest that it has no legal standing whatsoever.

So...has Clinton been charged with war crimes? Perhaps you can find a prosecution in the court of Greenpeace or something?

I assumed we were talking about something with a basis in legality. Apparently you have some different interpretation.

I could, for example, get together with some people i'd met in the street and charge a stapler with being a mass murderer. Then i could put the stapler on trial in front of a panel comprising three schoolchildren, a chicken and a medium sized, but well equipped, South Korean family car.

That would be about as valid.
