It's always about the ratings. Kimmel was a liability and his actions tripped a clause in his contract. The same with FOX and Tucker Carlson.

It's well known that late night talk shows are being taken over by podcasts. It's about flexibility; podcasts can be listened to or watched anytime, but late night is live. It helps that they can be seen on streaming, but since too many people engage in confirmation bias, that might not save them.

There's also the factor of choices. The MAGAt cracker retards keep pointing out how Fox News tops the other cable news services, but are too fucking stupid to understand that Fox is the only RW cable news while the others split up moderates and LWers among different media outlets.

I support a requirement to pass a mental healthy exam and a knowledge test before a person can vote...to be taken every 5 years. That will stop a lot of this bullshit on both sides.

Well, that isn't true at all. Newsmax and One America News Network and others exist on cable.
