What was the deal with China The Felon announced?

On April 4th we announced we were taking our ball and going home

China said - Fine

Now we are saying we are willing to play ball with China

and China said - Fine

the ball is the same. the game we play is the same. china is the same.

how this is some great win is laughable. It reminds with of how Raiders of the Lost Ark can keep your attention, but if you truly study the impact Indiana Jones had - we would of been better had he done nothing

115% reduction of tariffs for both parties. So, China dropped tariffs down to 10%, the US dropped ours down to 30%... This is a short term (90 days) interim deal as they negotiate a more permanent solution.
