No one is really Black to me. I don't look at people and see a color! I just see people! All people have equal footing to me.

It is just like I don't see the pedigree in a dog! I just see dogs! I love them all!

My mom was a teacher and won the Teacher of The Year award at her school 3 times. She said some teachers like the teachers union because they just want to collect a paycheck and not actually work.

We don't have equal opportunity in America right now, and particularly in the justice system, blacks & other minorities aren't treated equally. It's better, and it's getting better all the time - but it's a slow process.. We're not that far removed from separate bathrooms & water fountains, and sitting in the back of the bus. The progress is actually very good considering the timeframe.

But it's delusional to think racism isn't still alive & well in America, and preventing an even playing field.
