In the last 20 years, the Left has boasted that it has gained control of most of America institutions of power and influence—the corporate boardroom, media, Silicon Valley, Wall Street, the administrative state, academia, foundations, social media, entertainment, professional sports, and Hollywood. With such support, between 2009-17, Barack Obama was empowered to transform the Democratic Party from its middle-class roots and class concerns into the party of the bi-coastal rich and subsidized poor—obsessions with big money, race, a new intolerant green religion, and dividing the country into a binary of oppressors and oppressed.

The Obamas entered the presidency spouting the usual left-wing boilerplate (“spread the wealth,” “just downright mean country,” “get in their face,” “first time I’ve been proud of my country”) as upper-middle-class, former community activists, hurt that their genius and talents had not yet been sufficiently monetized.

After getting elected through temporarily pivoting to racial ecumenical-ism and pseudo-calls for unity, they reverted to form and governed by dividing the country. And then the two left the White House as soon-to-be mansion living, mega-rich elites, cashing in on the fears they had inculcated over the prior eight years.

They have no conscience in what they do as they make money their God which they worship over the backs of the poor.

Oh right...obama bin laden who was going to "fundamentally" change America. The first "black" president who whined about a "systemically" racist America who now owns a house on Martha's Vineyard. He must be "hunted" on the streets of Edgartown huh?

So, once a minority makes money - he can't make observations about how the minority community in general is treated?

Well obama bin laden seemed to do pretty good for himself being a semi black man in a country that is "systemically" racist. It seems fundamentally changing America meant changing it for himself.

Sometimes people can break through. That doesn't mean they ignore the situation for other minorities.

There is actually no logic to that. For minorities to ever attain equality, they need some of their group to get a seat at the table, and effect change.
 
What are the great accomplishments of the right? The last 3 Republican Presidents have crashed the economy. Republicans started Afghanistan & Iraq. Many of them tried to overturn an election and overthrow the government.

It's not some great resume.

The conservative rank and file cannot be compared with the conservative leadership.

The former don't even understand that their strings are being pulled by the mega rich right wing corporate oligarchs who are the latter.

They think that the Republican Party represents the white working class
against the pompous elite
and the other races,
all either foreigners or the moral equivalent of same,

and so they vote for the same candidates that the mega rich oligarchs are supporting....

obviously in 180º posture against their own economic best interests.

What the Republican Party represents is a few smart but pernicious moral deviants from the billionaire class

controlling many, many, many of the most pathetically stupid people on the face of the planet.
