how far Mitch f*cked up the SCOTUS, none of Trump’s appointees would have ever been approved via a supermajority, and in the future, as long as the President and Senate are two different parties, no nominee will reach the Court.

Prior Supreme Courts have had political trends, but none were 100% political, thanks to Mitch, this Court is and will remain so for decades to come

It shows the effect of a stench that tRump and his seditious repuke co-conspires against society put on SCOTUS that has rendered it corrupt, seditious and incompetent until hopefully extraordinary measures are taken to correct this atrocity.

Then congress needs to make an amendment to the Constitution that guarantees abortion on demand. I think this court is in touch with mainstream America and you are not.

Are you just saying the bolded, or do you actually have facts to back that up?

I can post dozens of polls that show at least 65% of Americans supporting Roe - up to 80% in some polls. How is this court in touch w/ that group now?
