We were eating lunch somewheres in town a few weeks ago and this song came on the restaurant sound system. I said that I never got the lyrics. I thought they were saying "Let's go downtown, it's so scary." Turns out that wasn't correct. lol
I had a WTF moment, when Granule brought up, Metallica's, Jump In The Fire. He did it for ulterior reasons, saying he thought the song sounded scary, or something. Well it's one of the more free spirited Metallica songs. You want more scary, pick One, or Fight Fire, With Fire. I felt compelled to show more scary sounding music. Of course there are different types, and this ones dark, in an aggressive sense. Not for lightweight listeners.
Possibly. I'm predominantly a rocker. I like a catchy guitar riff, a sledgehammer drum beat and a solid base line.
I do like different kinds of music though, but I'd say my main influences are older R&R bands.
One of my favorite bands when I was a kid (still are)
