I have never watched the show... have absolutely no interest in watching the show... he seems like the sort of redneck asshole that I would avoid in real life... he is, of course, free to speak his mind, and his employers are, of course, free to punish his ass if they feel he is a detriment to their brand.

I admire Phil and his family. They took a stand against queer bullies. Obviously, millions of Americans liked that. It's a shame that some of you can't see it. I can see it irritates maineman. Nice.

I think the man has a right to speak his mind. to me it is a pretty much non issue.
I do not want to live in a country where everyone agrees.
I like diversity.
It's why I enjoy working with one of my co workers who is Muslim. And in reality, conservative Christians are a small minority in this country. They have their right to their opinions. They just need to remember that they are a small minority, just like gay people. And in America we need to take care of all minorities, Gay, Muslim, and Christian
