What "Legitimate legislative purpose" does House Politburo Need Trump's Taxes For

IT IS THE WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTE WHO IS REQUESTING THE INFORMATION, THE HOUSE COMMITTE WHO WRITES TAX LAW, AND THEIR REASON OR PURPOSE IS TO REVIEW THE IRS POLICY COVERING AUDITS OF A SITTING PRESIDENT TO INCLUDE THE EXTENT THAT THE IRS CAN ENFORCE FEDERAL LAWS AGAINS A SITTING OR PAST PRSIDENT

Posting your bullshit in huge letters and bolded doesn't make them appear less stupid.

There is no LEGAL reason for the House to be digging into Trumps personal taxes other than to expose them to the public in a further divisive effort to look desperate.

What crimes has Trump been FORMALLY accused of? If he has not committed any crime, this is nothing more than partisan sniping. You're nothing more than an insignificant dishonest dumbass.
:palm:

The dishonsty of the right is truly impressive. The logic of showing your taxes is that if you have financial attachments and deals with foreign nations, a president might act to his financial advantage instead of the interest of America. There is nobody who presents that problem more than Trump. I wonder why he refused to show his taxes after so many promises that he would? I think you Trumpies know too. Hillary released 30 years. Every candidate released their taxes, except one. there must be a reason.
The house has the power to demand taxes. Trump refused to show them too.
Trump has some very shady relationships across the globe. He was broke and went to Russians for money. Then bought golf courses and hotels with cash.
America has a right to know. The house has a right and a duty to find out what is going on.
Bannon said Trump's biggest problem is money laundering. That is why Trump keeps fighting. Even rightys know Trump is a crook. They just do not care.

Trump has not been accused of breaking any laws dumbass. There is no legislative purpose to snooping in Trumps taxes. The notion the IRS does not audit a billionaire's tax returns requires and amazing lack of intelligence or honesty. :palm:

Why do people NOT want his taxes released?

The privacy of US citizen Tax returns is protected by law dumbass. Unless there is a legitimate reason to snoop into them, they remain PRIVATE. :palm:

Lots of fear out there.

No, lots of STUPID from the left, the PHONY media and the Democratic Party of the Jackass.

Clearly, he's hiding something. No one would fight this hard to protect something otherwise.

You're too stupid to comprehend that if there was anything to be seen, the IRS would have uncovered it already. But hey, keep lying and flailing. It's keeping dumbasses busy at least.

:eyeroll:

The American people have the right to know what kind of sleazy, scumbag criminal the GOP put in the WH.

There you go again with the moronic stupidity. What crimes asshole?

If it was either/both Clintons or Obama or Biden or any other Democrat, you'd be wearing your MAGA hat, waving the flag and a-hollerin' YEEEEEEE HAWWWW!!!! MURICA!!! MURICA!!!!

STRAWMAN. This isn't about "if's" and "buts" asswhipe. This is about facts and reality.

:eyeroll:

PLEASE OBSERVE THE CONSTITUTIONAL AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOUSE TO DEMAND TAX RECORDS OF ANY CITIZEN:

Section 6103(f)(1) of title 26, U.S. Code, vests the congressional tax committees with a
broad right to receive tax information from the Department of the Treasury. It embodies a long-standing judgment of the political branches that the tax committees are
uniquely suited to receive such information. The committees, however, cannot compel
the Executive Branch to disclose such information without satisfying the constitutional
requirement that the information could serve a legitimate legislative purpose.

BY ALL MEANS, MAYBE THE STALINISTS OF THE HOUSE POLITBURO CAN TELL US ALL WHAT THE "LEGITIMATE LEGISLATIVE PURPOSE"OF THEIR LATEST WITCH HUNT IS , AND THEN MAYBE THE DC FEDERAL JUDGE MIGHT DO THE SAME.

correct...
and if you want to argue that Trump is no longer "the executive branch" then Congress has no right to demand it at all.

The 4th Amendment’s clause about the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects is explicitly about the federal government being forbidden from expropriating property without procedural permission to do so.

Because of this amendment, federal marshals cannot simply gather up your papers or property.

There is a specific procedure for the government to be granted permission to do so unless you give such permission yourself.

Warrants must be issued upon probable cause and the place and must be specifically described before the warrant can be granted.

The warrant has to be granted by a court and is generally signed by a judge who has been informed of the particulars of the need for the warrant. That’s where the business about probable cause, oath and affirmation and description of the place and/or person the warrant is for comes in. All of this is supposed to be recorded so that it can be used as evidence if needed.

The whole process is intended to lay out what hoops the government has to jump through to violate your rights.

Indeed.

First they came for Trump's private information, and I did not speak out—because I was not Trump.

Then they came for mine—and there was no one left to speak for me.

It's frightening what the brain dead Fascists within the Democratic Party of the Jackass are doing. :palm:

They're so stupid that they don't understand that what they are willing to let the government do to others can also be done to them.

That's the ironic part. The idiots don't realize that they will be judged by their own acts or omissions. It's a stunning level of ignorance and denial.

If DEMOCRATS were intelligent enough to understand that the schemes they hatch can be used against them, they'd be smart enough to leave the Party of the Jackass.

But they aren't, so they don't.

Remember when they changed the Senate rules and then brayed like scalded donkeys when the rule they changed was used against them?
