It's WOKE because it wasn't remade to update it, but remade to be 'inclusive'..... in other words, for leftist political bullshit.

In the long run, this is how liberalism is going to fail. you push and push, making change for changes sake to enforce your political agenda. people will get tired of it because you will anger more and more as time goes on.

could these remakes have been done without the politicization, avoiding the backlash? absolutely. but disney, in their egotistical 'wisdom', pushed too hard and too fast with all of their series for inclusiveness and remakes of classics...........

Most likely it was removed for being offensive to some some idiot somewhere

So again tome cruise could play malcom x in a remake of that movie. Why remake it if you dont change it right?
