Trump is not confused. He is a fascist. Many of his criminal actions are being refuted by the courts.

Let's take the guy they plan to deport today. He's taken over buildings and other illegal activity, many of the protests have threatened Jewish students to the point that the university has told them to just attend "online" (because, apparently, they do not understand the repulsive history associated with telling Jews they had to stay in their neighborhoods)...
This tends to give them reason to deport him, and it isn't about speech. This is what I am saying... these advocates are confusing speech and activity.
