It's not so much a bailout of Obamacare as it is propping up failure. That's normal for Leftist imposed social welfare programs.
The Green New Deal stuff danger isn't in the giveaways nearly so much as in what they subsidize. That will cause energy prices to rise dramatically while limiting people's freedom of choice in the marketplace to what the government wants, not what works.
The increase in the IRS is simply egregious but expected. The Left has never met a tax increase it didn't like.
