Now I've addressed your concern now where did I say I want to cut spending for anything? However all spending had limits. An explicitly stated (look up explicit) function of the federal govt is to.keep.a military. How big it should b his a different matter. It is not an explicitly stated(look up explicit again) function of the govt to feed people. Thats not to say we shouldnt but we can't feed everybody. There are limits. Look up limits too while you're at it
