What if Palestinians don't want peace?

Liar, you object to Israelis defending themselves by blaming them for the civilian deaths in Gaza which are caused by the brutal actions of Hamas which uses them as human shields and builds its networks and arms caches near or under schools, mosques and hospitals.

It would be a pretty cool trick if you could find any posts I've made that support any of the claims in this post.

Do you believe that another election in Gaza would give us a different result or do you think, as many do, that they would elect yet another group of people who reject the "Two State Solution" and would continue to chant "from the river to the sea" chants that mean the total annihilation of Israel? Have you any real evidence that the people in Gaza would support a two state solution?

Sorry, but your question is all stacked up with insinuation like the question, "Have you been gay all your life"?

Well, you answer that stupid stacked question, and I'll answer your misinformed and biased incendiary question!

If you want to ask questions, do not stack them up with accusations and misleading accusatory and hypothetical assumptions and rhetorical information!

You could have just asked, "Do you think Palestinian civilians want a two-state solution"?

A moronic analogy in a desperate attempt to avoid the question because it makes the loons on the left answer look pathetic and stupid.

It is obvious that Palestinian Arabs do not want peace. It is obvious that Hamas is a despotic terrorist organization bent on murder. The truth:

All of them have been rejected by Palestinians, who were happier to risk losing everything in a war than to accept the existence of a Jewish state.

What if Palestinians don't want peace?

A thought has been worming its way uncomfortably through my mind since Oct. 7. What if peace is impossible? What if there is literally no way to reach a lasting accord? What if one side will settle for nothing less than the destruction of the other?

My doubts began in the immediate aftermath of the atrocity as I watched the reaction of some Palestinians and some of their sympathizers, not least in the West. On that dreadful Saturday evening, there had as yet been no Israeli response. Protesters did not have the (perfectly reasonable) argument that the participants in later demonstrations had, namely that they were defending human rights in Gaza. No, this was exultation in the murder of Israelis, pure and simple.

Good question. In other words, what if the average Palestinian man, woman and child who a few weeks ago was going about his or her life now wants the shit bombed out of them until their "country" lies in absolute ruins and half of them are dead? Let's puzzle over that one.

They need only look to their leaders, Hamas who use them as human shields and brought this onto them. Alas, you being a terrorist loving, America hating leftist moron don't have the acumen or IQ to comprehend the obvious.

I don't think they'd care so long as Jews didn't exist in the region. So, just the Jewish state it would seem.

I wonder if there is an alternate universe out there where they created a "Palestine" state instead of Israel and how that worked out for that Earth... Maybe I should try to write an alternate history book... but I'd need way more knowledge about Muslims in the area... Hmm...
With the deep hate for Jews I don't think they would be happy even if Israel became Palestine and under their control. I think like Hitler they would want EVERY Jew exterminated.

I am not trying to make arguments for anyone's historical claim over the others. I have no dog in these ancient unwinnable battles.

What i am pointing out is that the main driver and funding for this conflict comes from Arab nations (Qatar, etc) who want NEITHER a nation of Israel nor a nation of Palestine on their doorstep.

that no peace between Israel and Palestine can be negotiated between the two as long as the Arab are flowing billions in to ensure peace is not achieved. Why do you think Arafat died with over $1B in his bank accounts? Do you think it pays well to be a leader of the PLO?

Read the highlights of the Khartoum Summit as the Arab nations united and were not interested in hiding their intent.

I get what you are saying, but some nations have changed since '67 as evidenced by the Abraham Accords. And the recent Gazan invasion of Israel was triggered by recent Saudi Arabia peace negotiations with Israel.

Let me add that 50 years ago, the Palestinians tried to assassinate the king of Jordan to overthrow the Jordanian gov't with the help of Syrian tanks. Jordan kicked the Palestinians out. The event is known as "Black September".

Was the CLAIM to oil fields a red herring?

Factually and historically correct. But don't expect America and Jew hating leftist morons comprehend facts or history.

I don't disagree that the Palestinian leaders have made themselves wealthy off of continuing the conflict. The Palestinian people would live much better lives if they weren't useful idiots. The Palestinians would have a two state solution with half of Israel if it were not for it's leaders.

BTW Arafat was an Egyptian and not even a Palestinian.

It's funny that you think Palestinian women have equal rights. :rofl2:
