It seems the problem wasn't that the court didn't look at the evidence but that there was no evidence of fraud presented and even the experts couldn't testify to any problems with the signatures. In this case the court clearly looked at the merits of the case even allowing the plaintiff to inspect ballots and there was no evidence of fraud that would have overturned the election. The courts said even if the plaintiffs were correct, their evidence only showed a possible 103 votes difference which would not have overturned the election. It seems the problem is not that the courts didn't look at the evidence but that the plaintiffs didn't provide any evidence.

Lawsuits against the 2020 election result were taken to 60 Federal Courts, NOT ONE of them looked at the merits of the cases. They were ALL dismissed on procedural grounds because the Judges were too frightened to do the right thing. BULLSHIT.

Okay, so Federal Judges (many appointed by Trump) are now TOO FRIGHTENED to do the right thing because...???...???...???...can anybody come up with a reason as to why these Judges would be "TOO FRIGHTENED to do the right thing"? And did anybody interview any of these judges? Did any of the Judges go on the record and say this or is this just more propaganda from the Right Wing fake-news Media?

Except Biden is only saying inner city Americans often lack access to the Internet. My mother ran a Christian charity service in a very rural area the thing people rarely did without was cable TV and internet. People have ID and that is not a limiting factor from prevented documented citizens from voting.

Chief Justice Roberts - a gutless cocksucker - punted the "State of Texas vs Pennsylvania, etc." lawsuit because he knew if it were examined on its merits, it would overturn the 2020 election result, and he peed his pants at the thought of what might happen to him in consequence.
