I doubt the law was aimed at vaginoplasty and hormone replacement therapy.
There really shouldn't be a law except for the whack jobs who haven't changed sex, only their self perceived "gender identity"..
go where you are, by who you are ( and not whom you think you are) seems simple enough.
For years nobody cared -if you looked like a woman and went in the ladies room, that was common sense enough.
But if you need a shave, and are going to stand at the urinal -you really need to use the men's room.
all of this is common sense which is severely lacking in 21st century America.
