They aren't. There are foreign terrorists in US supermax prisons.

GITMO is for foreign nationals who have never been through the US. If they set foot on US soil, they have rights under the Constitution. GITMO avoids that problem.

Can't send Americans to GITMO or terrorists in the US.

They are Gitmo as terrorists though. So what is the difference between a terrorist outside CONUS and inside CONUS? None. A terrorist is a terrorist.

No. I was not trying to say that at all. Guess I failed completely here. Everyone should watch where those in Gitmo go after they are released. The ones that have went right back to terrorism. With a vengeance. They are the real deal. If you are not interested
in what happens with those that went into the Capitol, you would not have them on the same level as those in Gitmo.

Would you rather do 5 years of prison or 5 years of probation? The Feds are going to be pressing those assholes pretty had.

Also, there's State charges against some of them. Regardless, I wouldn't want to be in their shoes. Since many of them are middle-aged or older, I doubt they want to spend a month in prison much less a couple of years.

This is becoming a joke. Nobody, literally nobody, showed up for the ‘insurrection’. Nobody but reporters. Congressman Al Green bravely seated himself on the steps of the Capitol in utter defiance of the Q Insurrectors. That none were present and that he was well protected from the non-present Q insurrectionists by a nine foot fence, barbed wire and several thousand national guardsmen in no way takes away from his courageous act.

In a similar act of utter cowardice/showmanship Nancy Pelosi cancelled House activities for the day and democrat congressmen took to Twitter where they clutched their pearls and bemoaned the ‘end of democracy’ at the hands of Q.
