Not quite.
Fascism is a form of socialism. Like communism, it is government control of businesses. Instead of taking the title deed an owning the business outright (as in communism), the government lets you keep your business, but then tells you how to run it. They tell you who you can sell to, what product you will provide, who you can't sell to. When you can sell, where your raw materials come from, when you can obtain them and how, who you must hire, who you must fire, what price you are allowed to charge, etc.
Fascism is Marxism. It is on the road to communism. Marx himself made the arguments to both Hitler and Mussolini. He even described the process of socialism and includes fascism (the word coined by Mussolini). He wrote about it in
The Communist Mmesanifesto.
