What does it say about your supporters

when the best method you have to communicate with them is 140 character tweets?

Sunday, while tweeting about Hurricane Harvey, the President found it just as important to his supporters to mix in tweets about the 2016 election, the border wall, visiting Missouri, and promoting a book.

No wonder the Trumpkins love their demogogues, infotainment, and think any narrative they don't like is "fake," not easy for them reading past a first paragraph

did you see the coverage about Berkeley's antifa violence in the NYTimes?
Oh wait -you didn't- it's not covered.

and you dumb fucks are also claiming no one is covering the storm

hey trailer Queen, grown ups are having a conversation here, back to your Pabst Blue ribbon.

Trump tweets to communicate the truth, his policy and the obstruction of said policy, because the media will not.

Any more dumb questions?

radio, TV and all other new mediums of reaching voters upset you as well Legion?

If you depend upon 140 character tweets for information to form opinions you shouldn't be voting, hardly what Jefferson had in mind when he highlighted an "informed populace"

And yes, I would say the same regardlng radio and most TV

you either embrace new mediums of communication or you don't. you're living in the old world

Doubtful, probably on an inside page, and we know any good conservative would never ever read the NYT beyond the headline, if that, for the most part the only thing they know about the NYT is from what they hear on the radio and in tweets

And the only people who care about whatever this "Antifa" is is conservatives, the rest of America just recognizes them for what the are, dimwits who like to fight at demonstrations

i read it online like most people.
They are thugs.

TV and radio are "new mediums?" Even social networking isn't new any longer, but regardless of the vehicle, if your passing two line thoughts off as important information you are not respecting the intelligence level of your intended audience

They were at one time; some politicians embraced them and others didn't.

Twitter is what it is; a way to reach out directly to people.

Work to get it shut down if you aren't a fan

Again doubtful, and they are thugs, dim witted thugs, America is full of dim witted thugs, but these dim witted thugs are the only ones conservatives, and conservatives only, for some weird reason have an obsession with

Never offered a personal opinion on Twitter, rather the reliance of some, largely conservative, on Twitter for important information. If one is forming an opinion based upon what he takes from Twitter's 160 characters he is a shallow individual, and the person who relies on it to spread this information doesn't have a high opinion of his audience

how is this not a personal opinion on twitter?

You can establish "the truth" about something in the one phrase that usually makes up,a tweet?

That's like saying one who reads a lot of bumper stickers on the back of autos at red lights is educated

Certainly explains a lot of conservative opinions

lol, go read Bernie Sanders twitter feed. Nothing but populist, left-wing anti capitalist slogans. So "educated"

Easy, never said it was bad, rather implied that its employment as a major vehicle for spreading vital information is limited, very limited, one phrase communication is just that, one phrase, says little

we've known this since twitter was started
