Lie. People who work for any corporation are not being stolen from. They are paid. They can leave anytime they want to and work for another business. Complete lie. Labors agree to get paid a wage when hired. They further negotiate their wages through unions.

Got news for you... without ideas laborers have nothing to do. Laborers are who they are because they don't have the talent, ingenuity, creativeness, knowledge, etc., to come up with what should or could be done.
Skilled labor gets paid well for what they do because it takes skill, training, and talent to do it. Unskilled labor-- the kind that have a job that takes a week at most to learn proficiently like fry cook at a fast food restaurant, don't get paid well because they don't do anything to deserve it.

Oh, I'll add in my experience, the semi-skilled and unskilled laborer doesn't make anyone rich. They are a necessity like tools are to a tradesman. Yep, they are just tools. That's from doing the contractor thing for a long time. I can bid the job, do the prints, read the prints, organize the work. My help accomplishes simple, often repetitive tasks, as directed. Arguing that deserves big bucks is ludicrous. I get paid well because I actually know technical stuff and am the one responsible if something goes wrong.

I believe in cooperatives, sharing the profits. I feel sorry for your laborers that you think so little of the contribution, try running a restaurant without a dish washer or a hotel without a maid.

Why? I pay well for what they do. I have no complaints from them and they like working for me. I sometimes buy the crew lunch. On Friday I'll provide cold beer and soda at knock off. None of that precludes that I make far more than they do. But, I take the risks. I get the jobs and work. Without me they wouldn't get paid at all because they can't get the jobs. And, without me they couldn't do them. I also own most of the expensive tooling and equipment necessary to do the job, they don't.
It isn't as if I don't need them. I do. But I can hire labor easily. What's hard to come by is skilled, talent that comes from years of training and practice.

The apartment complex I re-wired (the complex was ancient) last month required a crew and unskilled labor as well. They got paid a fair wage for their work and I had no complaints on that score. But, they couldn't have done it if I wasn't there planning the work, and even at times physically working just as hard as they were to get it done.

If you and some friends or acquaintances want to work cooperatively for yourselves, great. But, that doesn't fly when you have customers to satisfy.

Apart from spouting the usual bromides about ‘justice’ they don’t really have a coherent argument.

Since the 60’s the civil rights movement has devolved into a mishmash of gender nonsense [MLK would be appalled by that aspect] and misplaced anger.
