Well, why would it to anyone?

In a more perfect world, people would *wait* to see if there was a racial motivation in the cops actions.

Otherwise, the protests and rioting is over an idiot cop who killed a man who happened to be black.

Until recently, most people did not carry a camera. Black people telling whites they are being harassed by cops was hard to document. This Floyd case was well document with video. Without it, many would assume nothing was done improperly by the police.
Racists like yourself pretend there is not systematic harassment--not always--by police. The case of Michael Brown is typical of having no video. I never believed that a cop stopped him and he decided to try and murder a cop over a jay walking infraction. Not credible.

This is one of those times in history where it might be good to just listen to what's going on, and try to figure out how we got here.

This was a powder keg waiting to be lit, on a national level. Why? What led up to this?

This doesn't happen for no reason. And people have been trying to explain it. To ignore it and not at least try to address would be foolish.
