The quarantine was not mandated, it was voluntary, and virtually none of the people from China were screened when they arrived in the US.

No they were ordered to self quarantine for two weeks but there is no legal mechanism for enforcement, that isn't Trump's fault. Trump implemented travel restrictions and quarantines and declared a national public health emergency, deal with it.

Again the community outbreaks didn't come from China they came from the EU.

No, this country hasn't been mobilized at all...not when people are making masks in their own homes because they can't buy any.

And there's no mass testing! We're not even close. And if you test someone today, they could very easily contract the virus before their test results are known.

The two week quarantines were mandatory get educated:

"The action means that U.S. citizens who have been in China's Hubei Province in the past 14 days will be subject to 14 days of mandatory quarantine if they travel back to the United States."
